Resource description
Codey Rocky is an educational robot designed to introduce students to the world of programming, robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). With a combination of a friendly controller (Codey) and a mobile vehicle (Rocky), the robot allows students to create programs, solve problems and explore computational thinking in a fun and interactive way.
Sample of use in education with students with IDD
The robot is equipped with a number of advanced sensors and features, allowing users to perform complex tasks such as voice recognition, object detection and line tracking. Codey Rocky is programmed using mBlock, a Scratch-based block language ideal for beginners, although it also supports Python for more advanced levels.

This robot is an accessible and versatile tool for special education centers, as it combines hands-on teaching with cognitive and sensory stimulation.

Key features:

Block-based programming: uses mBlock for easy programming, ideal for beginning students.
Artificial intelligence: Integrates AI and machine learning, such as object recognition and voice control.
Multisensory: It is equipped with sensors for light, sound, ultrasound and more, allowing students to interact with their environment creatively.
Easy to use: The Codey controller is simple and portable, and can be attached to the Rocky mobile platform to perform movements and actions in the environment.
